The decorating sugars category includes products used as a sprinkle over bakery and confectionery products. We can identify several groups here:

DIAMANT Rafinada R2

DIAMANT Rafinada R2 is a highly purified, recrystallized sucrose with a predominant granulation in the range of 1.6 – 3.0 mm. It is a high quality sugar with large, impressive, snow-white crystals. It is perfect as a decorative sprinkle over cakes. It does not melt or change colour during baking.
